Rubenstein Family Scholarship ImageA generous member of our community, Dr. Robert Rubenstein, has established a scholarship program for residents of the San Diego Jewish community who plan to attend college, graduate school or a vocational school. The Rubenstein Family Scholarship Program offers financial assistance for post-secondary education to qualified students who are residents of the San Diego Jewish community. Each year the program will grant approximately 10 - 15 scholarships of up to $2,500 to applicants who meet the criteria of: financial need, student financial contribution, academic performance, and community involvement. Applications and supporting documents MUST be received and personal interviews MUST be scheduled on or before the following deadlines:

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE FULL ACADEMIC YEAR (FALL - SPRING)

  • Applications MUST be received on or before June 15, 2009
  • Personal interviews will be scheduled no later than July 1, 2009

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER / SECOND AND THIRD QUARTERS

  • Applications MUST be received on or before October 16, 2009
  • Personal interviews will be scheduled no later than October 23, 2009
