To strengthen a thriving Jewish community, the North Coastal Jewish Connections (NCJC) program is offering events and services to serve you and keep you tapped into Jewish opportunities and resources—within JFS and in the North County Coastal community. NCJC serves all ages and covers a full spectrum of needs ranging from mental health, single parenting, domestic violence, aging & wellness, and more. From counseling to celebrating Jewish holidays—we can help!

• Events − Connect to the Jewish community through holiday celebrations, support groups, and educational and spiritual activities
• Monthly e-Newsletters − Learn about Jewish community events, neighborhood news, and fun activities in the North Coastal area

We are here for you. JFS can help:

• Brief Counseling − Receive up to three individual counseling sessions at no cost to promote your emotional well being
• Case Management − Return to a state of self-sufficiency after a crisis with our help, through assessment, referrals to community resources, assistance with budgeting, and advocacy on your behalf
• Referrals − Discover and access Jewish and secular community resources and activities that are available to you and your family

Pachie’s Place welcomes "Dudes to Dads" to Encinitas. Led by Jason Kreidman, this meetup for San Diego dads is an opportunity to discuss, learn, and share experiences on the transition from single man to family man. It's difficult to balance everything: work, kids, and marriage. We all want to be the best at all of them but it's not easy, and not always realistic. Get together with other fathers and discuss parenting techniques, ways to improve your marriage, and tips to improve the overall quality of your life.
