North county inland older adult center
With daily exercise classes, art classes, games, cultural programs and live entertainment, the North County Inland Older Adult Center is a great place to spend your day. Meet new friends while dancing, watch new releases at Monday at the Movies, discuss today’s hot issues with your neighbors with our current events professor, and enjoy good conversations over hot kosher lunches served daily. Full of warmth and energy, you’re sure to leave the center with a smile.

Programs and Services Fitness Classes Include the Feeling Fit club (balance, toning and strengthening), Strengthen, Stretch; Breathe and Balance (Combination of Tai Chi, Qigong, gentle yoga, low impact aerobic and massage). 
Cultural Presentations Programs include Chorus, Judaic music traditions, trips to the symphony, and opera performances.
Educational Programs Explore healthy aging, spiritual healing, current events, travel discussions, and much more!
Entertainment Includes Monday at the Movies, live comedy, and dance performances.
Games Groups meet to play bingo, bridge, contract gin, and many others.
Monthly Outings and Daytrips Fieldtrips to casinos, outdoor concerts, theatre performances, and much more.

Hours and Fees
The North County Inland Older Adult Center is open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 10:00am–2:00pm. Program fees vary from class to class.
Round-trip transportation is available to participants living in the surrounding area for $3 each way. Call us to reserve your ride in advance.
A hot kosher lunch is served Monday through Wednesday at 12:00pm for a suggested donation of $4. Lunch reservations must be made by 8:45am.
