 With daily exercise classes, informative and educational lectures, professional entertainment, movies, games, and more, the North County Inland Center is a great place to spend your day. Learn the latest in medical innovations from experts in the field, improve your computer skills, attend our intergenerational music class, challenge yourself at Brain Gym classes, and enjoy good conversations over hot kosher lunches served daily. Cultural Celebrations
Purim, Passover, Hanukkah, and other Jewish traditions.

Educational Programs
Brain Gym, computer instruction, and informative lectures on musical history, health and wellness, and more.

Entertainment
Dance performances, local professional vocalists and entertainers, and Monday at the Movies.

Fitness Classes
Chair Yoga, Feeling Fit, Qigong, and Zumba.

Groups meet to play Bridge, Contract Gin, Mah Jongg, and more.

Hours & Fees
The North County Inland Center is open Monday–Wednesday from 9:00am–2:00pm. There are no fees for any programs or classes with a Center membership.

Roundtrip transportation is available to participants living in the surrounding area for $4 each way. Call us to reserve your ride in advance.

A hot kosher lunch is served at 12:00pm for a suggested donation of $4. Lunch reservations must be made by 8:45am.
