Is your Jewish teen facing new challenges and transitions?

Building Resilience Through Transition

Teen Mindset Matters is a resilience-building program designed to support rising 7th-9th graders as they navigate key transitions and stressors including increased independence, the move from middle school to high school, decreased structure during summer months, and new academic, social, and emotional challenges. The program helps students build confidence, strengthen coping and executive functioning skills, and grow as positive members of the Jewish community.

While students meet, parents are invited to participate in a Mindful Parenting & Self-Compassion group to slow down, reconnect, and nurture compassion at home. Parents and students leave feeling more grounded, capable, and prepared to handle what comes next.

Sign up for one session, or attend all three!
