Every day, we welcome individuals, families, and older adults facing diverse challenges – financial emergencies, hunger, unemployment, housing, instability at home, and growing concerns with physical or mental health. When you are working hard, but falling short, case managers serve as committed partners in navigating the resources available to you and your family.
First, we listen. Then, we work together to problem-solve, find the most helpful options for your unique situation, and create a plan to support your immediate stability and long-term goals.
“There are a lot of good people out there, but to me you really shine…going above and beyond, in such an enthusiastic way. Life gets so hard for people, and you offer such kindness and hope with what you do.”
For San Diegans experiencing financial hardships, we can provide direct assistance with rent/mortgage payments, transportation, and other vital expenses. For more information, please call (858) 637-3210 or start the process online by clicking here.
Thanks to a partnership with the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank and other community donors, we provide a weekly diaper distribution for families in our community. During the pandemic, families can receive 75 free diapers a month for each child in their family that requires them. Diaper pickup is every Friday from 10:00am–1:00pm. To request diapers, please call (858) 637-3027 or email [email protected] with your name, phone number, and sizes needed.
