We remain committed to staying connected and supporting our wonderful community of older adults, ages 60 and up. Though we do not know yet when we may gather again in person, we are determined to keep our programs going—whether online or by phone—and we will continue to find ways to stay well physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Mondays at 1:00pm – Sing along with Aviva. Watch fun videos with the lyrics of popular songs and sing together for one hour. Music and singing stimulates our heart, spirit, and brain.
Tuesdays at 2:00pm: BAOAC friends meeting. Learn, talk, socialize, sing, exercise, and meditate together with your BAOAC friends.
Wednesdays at 11:00am: Chair exercise with Aviva. Grab a chair that works for you and be ready to exercise with Aviva. Missed the Zoom? No problem. You can follow along with our pre-recorded video whenever you’re in the mood. Watch Exercise at Home with Aviva >>
Thursdays at 10:00am: BAOAC friends meeting. Learn, talk, socialize, sing, exercise, and meditate together with your BAOAC friends.

Thursdays at 2:00pm: Care partners social hour. Connect and collaborate with fellow caregivers.

Join our friendly group for lunch and a full menu of activities focused on nurturing the wellbeing of those living with early stage Alzheimer’s and related forms of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). On Fridays, we offer Out & About, a professionally guided daytrip with lunch at a restaurant or deli.
