Affirmative Immigration Services Program

Providing quality, free legal services to lower-income individuals.

The Affirmative Immigration Services Program provides free immigration legal services to low-income San Diego County residents seeking immigration benefits for themselves or for their family members who are living in the United States. Availability of our services depends on capacity.

Mission Statement
We strengthen San Diego by providing free, high quality immigration legal services to underserved communities. Through advocacy and representation, we guide individuals and families on their immigration journey, supporting them in navigating the complexities of the immigration system, understanding their situation, and building a more secure future.

Eligibility
The AS Program serves low-income families defined as 80% of the San Diego County AMI. This chart can be used to determine that amount based on household size.
