Dr. Bliss Schwartz is the lead clinical psychologist at Sharp Mesa Vista and is the Clinical Program Developer for adult outpatient programming, which supervises the quality and outcomes of various Sharp Mesa Vista programs in Kearny Mesa, Mid City, and East County.
