AmeriCorps Community Partnership Volunteer Infrastructure Program
Jewish Family Service is pleased to bring the AmeriCorps Volunteer Infrastructure Program back to San Diego County.
JFS will train and coach 9-12 AmeriCorps Members in the best practices of volunteer recruitment and management and place them within nonprofits to improve existing volunteer programs. Even as some nonprofit budgets shrink, adding volunteer support can enable these organizations to sustain their services for families and children. AmeriCorps Members will serve a one-year term in a full-time (37.5-40 hours/week) capacity.
