FREE Eligibility Screening, Application Assistance, Review & Mailing
Remember to bring:
- CA Driver License/valid ID
- Copy of initial/most recent application
- Work Authorization card
- Copy of Passport/Travel document (even if expired)
- Social Security card
- Proof of current household income or if full-time student, proof of enrollment
*Your renewal fee may be covered if eligible
Come prepared with blank check or money order in the amount of $495.
