With funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), JFS provides permanent supportive housing to formerly homeless individuals and families living with disabilities in Riverside County. Our goal is to empower residents to secure permanent housing and overcome financial and functional barriers to thriving in mainstream society. Staff members conduct extensive outreach and provide intensive case management and supportive services to help program participants reach their goals.
