Since a few months ago, we all have been hearing about the Real ID and have been urged to obtain one soon but, does everyone need one? During this presentation, our JFS’s Higher Education Legal Services Team will provide you information on the Real ID, its requirements, who it applies to, and the implementation date. In addition, we will be discussing what the E-Verify system is about and its effect with the immigrant population.
